Dr. Sara Pishdadian is completing her supervised practice in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Canada. She completed her BSc at the University of Toronto, her PhD at York University and her predoctoral internship at The Ottawa Hospital. She has received training in neuropsychology in a variety of settings and is passionate about working with individuals with neurological and psychiatric illnesses, including neurodegenerative and severe and persistent mental illness. Sara’s research has focused on 1) understanding spatial memory and navigation in aging; 2) investigating subjective awareness and objective abilities in individuals with hippocampal amnesia; and 3) exploring predictors of functioning and quality of life in individuals with psychosis spectrum disorders. In her spare time, Sara enjoys practicing yoga, exploring cities by walking, and baking tasty treats. Twitter handle: @sarapishdadian
