Dr. Billy D. Holcombe is a pediatric neuropsychologist in the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). In this role, he is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with hematologic, oncological, and neurocutaneous conditions that are associated with neurocognitive challenges. He also supervises predoctoral graduate students and medical students through his research lab and in multidisciplinary clinics.
Dr. Holcombe joined the EAC in 2021, and he has taken an active role in furthering its mission. He is a member of several university, neuropsychological, and medical organizations, and he is actively committed to increasing the representation of underrepresented and marginalized groups in research, advocacy, and clinical work.
