Dr. Sarah Prieto is a recipient of the 2024 SCN Dissertation Award and a newly appointed member of the Education Advisory Committee (EAC). She is currently completing a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the Memory and Aging Program at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Her research focuses on the social determinants of health, particularly the impact of chronic, traumatic, and psychosocial stress on cognitive outcomes. Dr. Prieto is excited to join the EAC, where she is dedicated to enhancing high-quality training for neuropsychology students, as well as contributing to meaningful policy and programming initiatives.
