Dr. Towns is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology and Training Director of the Neuropsychology division within the department of neurology at Yale University School of Medicine. She is board certified through the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology. Dr. Towns clinical practice includes assessment of adults with a wide array of neurological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, movement disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and brain tumors. Dr. Towns is passionately committed to the training of neuropsychology students. She has served on the AACN Student Affairs Committee as secretary since 2015. She also serves as an AACN and ABCN mentor. She has been instrumental in the development of two postdoctoral residency programs, including in her current role as the training director of the Neuropsychology Division. Dr. Towns joined the EAC in 2021.
