Women in Neuropsychology: When Mentoring Goes Wrong
The “When Mentoring Goes Wrong” series was started by the WIN Ad-Hoc Mentoring Committee (Adrianna Crossing, Karen Dorsman, and Anny Reyes). This series is a product of the SCN WIN Mentoring Ad Hoc Subcommittee’s special project to illuminate bad mentoring moments. The aim is to improve mentoring in the field of clinical neuropsychology, with an emphasis on supporting minoritized trainees. In this series, we highlight powerful anecdotes of inappropriate mentoring and provide resources as an educational and training tool to improve mentoring practices.
